KBS Private Schools, located in the Spring/Woodlands area, is registering students for the new Robotics Club! Robotics Club is an extension of the STEAM camp that is offered each summer at KBS. KBS is excited to offer an afterschool club, exclusively for students 1-5 grade. Robotics Club offers the opportunity for students to learn technology and engineering skills, gain experience working effectively on projects, express their creativity, and have fun!

Do you have a PAW Patrol fan in your house? Then, get ready to treat them to a fun, interactive show! PAW Patrol Live! “Heroes Unite” is playing at the Hobby Center’s Sarofim Hall on November 2-5, 2023.
This brand-new production is an interactive live stage show, where members of the audience get to be heroes unleashed, helping the pups as honorary members of the pack, while they navigate the globe to make it back to Adventure Bay in the nick of time. Featuring stunning visual effects, captivating storytelling and a vibrant musical score that will have guests dancing in their seats and singing along, this staged extravaganza is jam-packed with action and fun for the whole family!
Residents are invited to grab the whole family and come out for this year’s all-new Meet the Fleet event happening Saturday, October 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381.
This is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with a multitude of big trucks, various first responder vehicles, and other large vehicles. This is a free, hands-on event fit for all ages, so everyone is encouraged to mark the calendar for a fun-filled morning. Gas up and get ready to drive down to Houston this season! More than 50 larger-than-life Chinese lantern installations will come to life in stunning displays at Houston Botanic Garden, beginning November 17.
Radiant Nature is an unforgettable adventure for the entire family and is meant to showcase the beauty of nature and celebrate the promise of the Lunar New Year in a spectacular way. See a majestic 200-foot-long dragon, a soaring 12-foot-tall peacock with a fan that gracefully unfurls, and much more. Explore an interactive zone buzzing with illuminated swings, whimsical seesaws, a digital kaleidoscope you can step inside, and other immersive, Instagram-worthy features. This stunning display event is suitable for all ages, ethnicities, and cultures, and designed to be enjoyed by everyone. The trail is less than a mile long and accessible for strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility assistant devices.
Admission to Radiant Nature is $28.50 per person, ages 4 and up. Children ages 3 and under attend for free.

No outside food is permitted, but a variety of vendors will offer a selection of festive food and drink options – including alcoholic beverages — for purchase by credit card. No cash accepted.

Get ready for tricks, treats and symphonic suites at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s Hocus Pocus Pops Friday, October 20 at 7:30 p.m. Sponsored by Woodforest National Bank, the night will feature the Houston Symphony in a mesmerizing performance of horrifying horns, bewitching bassoons and chilling cellos.
