Star of Hope is thrilled to announce the return of our beloved Christmas Adopt-a-Family initiative. As we continue our mission to offer hope, support, and resources to homeless, previously homeless, and at-risk households throughout Houston and its surrounding areas, we cordially invite Sponsors to join us in bringing glad tidings to those affected by economic hardships.
As a Sponsor, you will have the unique opportunity to bestow the gift of Glad Tidings! Our Adopt-a-Family Christmas program allows you to connect with a family, offer words of encouragement, and shine the light of Christ into the lives of those in need. Our Sponsors personally deliver Christmas gifts to the families they have chosen to support.

The Angel Tree is a unique program that was started by The Salvation Army in 1979 to bring the community together to help share the Spirit of Christmas with those who are less fortunate. The program provides gifts of new clothing and toys to thousands of children who otherwise might not have anything for Christmas.
Many locations throughout The Woodlands, including various churches, invite you to join them to donate to Angel Tree 2023! Angels are typically available for sponsorship in venue lobbies (usually there's a tree with Angel cards). Here are just a few we know about: The Woodlands Mall, Woodlands Church, Woodsedge Church, The Woodlands Methodist Church The Woodlands Family YMCA
Holiday GIVING provides families, children, and Seniors with gifts and food to make their Holiday season special through our Adopt-A-Family, Toy Drive and Gifts for Seniors Programs. How you can help: Ways to Give; Donate
This giving season, The Woodlands Children's Museum is asking for your help to STUFF OUR STOCKINGS! By donating to the museum, you can help provide the gift of play to children in our community.
Did you know that actively engaging in play helps build critical skills and contributes to school readiness? Almost 90% of a child’s brain development happens before age 5, making the early years an important time to expose children to new ideas, information, and life skills.
For over 20 years, families have enjoyed visiting the museum and your generosity allows us to continue serving future generations.
How You Can Help:
1) Donate by scanning our QR Code or clicking here.
2) Become a monthly donor and make an ongoing commitment to learning through play. By clicking here and selecting the “monthly” option at checkout, your donation will be automatically received each month.
