The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department invites residents and village associations of The Woodlands to participate in the Water-Wise Village Challenge for 2018-2019. To promote an easy way to conserve water, residents are encouraged to pledge to turn off my sprinkler system between October 15, 2018 and April 15, 2019.
I had the most wonderful experience decorating cupcakes with my 10 year old, as part of the Create by CRAVE experience at CRAVE in The Woodlands.

A personal math tutor
Are you surprised that a math tutor would be considered an essential? Well, so were we, until we read a new study conducted by Stanford University School of Medicine. In a nutshell, the study shows that one-on-one math tutoring helps to relieve anxiety about doing math problems and ultimately increases performance.
Does your child have anxiety about doing math? (Take a closer look - even children who are good at math sometimes feel anxious about doing math problems.) For some, the anxiety persists through life, discouraging them from pursuing advanced math and science classes as well as careers that rely on mathematical expertise.
If your child is struggling in math, has math anxiety, or could simply use a gentle nudge or two, hire someone who can work with him / her one-on-one to address specific goals.
Haude Tutoring – For Grade School, College, and beyond
Haude Tutoring is a local tutoring business that offers sessions for mathematics ranging from second grade to College Algebra as well as for high school Chemistry I and Physics I.
We are using up the last of our summer reading rewards from the library which encouraged me to try Papa Murphy's for the first time. The reward was for a free Mini Murph Make 'N' Bake Pizza Kit and the experience was fun and easy for my kids to create their own dinner. Kits are available for around $4 locally.
