State Fare Kitchen & Bar, a full-service restaurant specializing in upbeat southern cuisine, will open its third location in late 2021 in Hughes Landing®, a 79-acre award-winning, mixed-use destination in The Woodlands®. State Fare Kitchen & Bar will be situated at Restaurant Row overlooking 200-acre Lake Woodlands at 1900 Hughes Landing Blvd., Suite 200.
State Fare’s Texas-inspired menu features more than 70 fresh, made-from-scratch items, along with a larger-than-life brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. Filling a niche for southern cuisine and brunch, the restaurant showcases a patio with an outdoor fire pit, perfect to enjoy happy hour and live music from the seasonal Rock the Row concert series at Hughes Landing.
“State Fare Kitchen & Bar has a unique culinary flair that cannot be found in any other local restaurant brand. I’m excited to share that and be a part of The Woodlands community. The Hughes Landing location is a first-class development that perfectly aligns with our brand and vision,” said Omar Khan, President and CEO of Culinary Khancepts.
The design will be led by Gensler Houston, the same architect for State Fare Kitchen & Bar in Sugar Land where the concept won the Best New Prototype Award from restaurant development + design (rd+d) magazine.
“We are pleased to welcome State Fare Kitchen & Bar to our selection of dining establishments at Restaurant Row in Hughes Landing,” said Kellie Forman, Senior Vice President, Leasing for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing offers a variety of places to eat while enjoying panoramic views of Lake Woodlands. We continue to provide the best options for dining, retail, services, hospitality, multifamily living, entertainment, recreational water sports, art and Class A office spaces - all within the walkable setting of Hughes Landing.”
