The Woodlands Township invites residents to the annual Memorial Day event in The Woodlands on Sunday, May 26, 2019. The event will take place in Town Green Park, 2099 Lake Robbins Dr., from 5 to 9 p.m.
Memorial Day in The Woodlands pays tribute to all military service men and women who lost their lives while serving the United States. Brig. Gen. (R) Henry Ostermann - United States Army Reserve Ambassador, will serve as the keynote speaker. A care package drop-off booth will be available onsite to accept donations of recommended items to be shipped to the troops currently serving. Galveston Historical Foundation opens the doors to Galveston’s incredible architectural history through public tours of privately owned homes during its annual Galveston Historic Homes Tour. Tours will be held on May 5, 6, 12 and 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are $30 for non-members before May 1 and $35 after and are available online at 
The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch invites the community to the Smart Decisions for Safe Driving event on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 2 to 5 p.m. at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive.
The Woodlands Township has expanded the Town Center Trolley to include service to Hughes Landing, beginning immediately. Residents and visitors can now park once and hop aboard the trolley at stops located on Hughes Landing Boulevard.
Enhance your family's performing arts experience this season at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion with Mini Maestros, a free and exciting program that makes the arts both fun and accessible for children of all ages. As part of its nonprofit mission, The Pavilion introduced the program in 2018 as a way to get children interested in the performing arts.
