Special Strong is excited to announce the grand opening of Northwest Houston! We’re thrilled to bring our adaptive and inclusive science-based fitness programs for children, teens and adults with mental, physical and cognitive challenges to Northwest Houston.

Come celebrate our Northwest Houston grand opening with us! We’ll have free delicious food, fun games, and more for the community. You’ll also have the rare opportunity to meet our Special Strong expert trainers. They’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
