Play Smarter Kids owner and director Aurora Clarke writes the original curriculum to integrate STEAM concepts (science, technology, engineering, art and math) with early literacy. The George & Cynthia Woods Mitchell Library and South Regional Library will be offering computer classes in June and July for teens and kids.
 
In June, teens ages 13-17 can learn more about Excel in a multi-part class that teaches one of the most required apps in today's job market. If teens need to learn how to type or just want to increase their typing skills, they can sign up for Keyboarding for Teens and learn about correct finger positioning, ergonomic advantages and typing basics.
