In celebration of Chanukah, Market Street will host Chabad of The Woodlands for a Grand Chanukah Celebration and Menorah Lighting on Sunday, December 29 at 4:30 pm.
Themed “Fire and Ice,” this year’s celebration will feature live music, a fire show, and Chanukah crafts. Families are invited to enjoy Chanukah fun beginning at 4:30 pm followed by the lighting of a menorah created out of ice at 5:15 pm by Rabbi Mendel Blecher. Attendees may enjoy refreshments including hot latkes and donuts.
Market Street’s Grand Chanukah Celebration is a beloved community tradition held in Central Park.There is no admission fee required to attend. Chanukah Goodie Bags will be available at the event by advance reservation at JewishWoodlands.com.
