The tradition of celebrating the wonder of the fall season continues at The Woodlands Hills. This year’s Harvest in The Hills model home tour and fall festival will be hosted by Howard Hughes on Saturday, November 4, from 10 AM until 3 PM at The Woodlands Hills Activity Center at Founders Park, 1460 N. Teralyn Drive in Conroe.
During this year’s “Harvest in The Hills” event, guests will enjoy touring 15 beautifully designed and decorated model homes with the chance to win one of two $1,000 gift cards and exciting fall-themed prizes (for adults 18 and over; no purchase necessary). The models are presented by eight outstanding local and national homebuilders: Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Brightland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, Westin Homes. The newest builder, J. Patrick Homes, will have information available on their new collection of homes on 70-foot homesites at Harvest in The Hills.
These quality builders offer one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story single-family homes set on a variety of lot sizes ranging from low-maintenance living to spacious 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the low $300s.
The family-friendly fall festivities will be hosted in and around The Woodlands Hills’ architecturally stunning Activity Center within the award-winning 17-acre Founders Park, which complements five additional, uniquely themed and masterfully designed parks as well as a beautiful dog park.
Attendees will “fall” for the bushel of fun activities which will include dog trick shows, a fall patch, children’s crafts, balloon artists, face painting, and live music. The nationally acclaimed Bone-A-Fied Talent Group featuring celebrity dogs of all breeds and sizes will show off their amazing and entertaining tricks and stunts on the outdoor events lawn. The pups, who have been featured in the TV movie “Junkyard Dogs,” will be available for photos and Paw-De-Graphs in between performances. For convenience, credit cards will be accepted at food trucks. Complimentary coffee will be served from a gourmet coffee truck while supplies last.
