This is your one hour a week to forget about any negativity and focus on returning to a more positive mentality. Who knew you could achieve that with some easy stretching?!
Join this instructor-lead class every Monday in March 5:30pm-6:30pm in person in the Meeting Room downstairs.
MAT OPTIONS:
- 10 mats provided for beginners ONLY (first come, first served)
- BYOM(at) aka bring your own mat if preferred
- mats not required - just bring yourself
