Shadow Puppet Theatre Thursday, June 8th at 11am presents  “Mela and the Elephant” by Dow Phumiruk. This beautiful story set in Thailand is about Mela, who ventures outside her village to explore but encounters trouble when her little boat is swept downstream into the jungle. Shadow Puppet Theatre is an introduction to storytelling elements that allows our readers and audience to interact directly with each other, children of all ages are enchanted with the animated shadows.

Summer Hours: June 1 – Aug 5.
Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm
Closed Sunday and Monday
Daily Admission is $8 per person 1 years and older, children under 1. Museum Members are free.
Recommended ages 7 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Click for tickets.
