10:00 - 10:30 am / Whole Family and neighbors will be learning while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of authentic Traditional Japanese Karate.
30 minutes of fun outdoor circuits that combine physical training with Karate techniques. Six (6) years old and over.
10:30 - 11:00 am / Adults and kids will be available to interact in music workshop, singing or playing an instrument.
