Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, April 9th, (in celebration of National Poetry Month), Miss Jan will share two books. “Daniel Finds a Poem” by Micha Archer. This charming story about Daniel and his animal friends shows children that poetry is all around us if we just observe and listen for it! AND “One Leaf Rides the Wind” by Celeste Davidson Mannis. This beautiful counting book follows a young girl exploring a Japanese garden and also introduces children to haiku poetry.
