The Lone Star 1st Saturday market is also a year round open air farmer’s market! It is located at the old community building in the Montgomery historic district with plenty of parking available. (GPS address noted below for those who’d like it.) They promote homegrown, handmade, and homemade vendors so you can feel free to ask questions about any products you’d like. The vendors include farmers, bakers, artists, jewelry makers, canners, chefs, woodworkers, upcyclers, décor, veterans, and much more. It’s a great market to wander, enjoy some local goodies, and then stop for lunch at one of the many great restaurants within a block or two. The market is open from 9am to 2pm. Stop by and have a little fun with us in the fresh air!
Address is Old Community Center Grounds, 14420 Liberty St., Montgomery, TX 77356. You can park in the community center parking lot, spaces around the perimeter of the park, on the street, or in the parking lot across the street. Family friendly and leashed pets welcome.
