sTOYrieland Indoor Playground is officially open in Spring a couple of months ago, and it’s the kind of place that immediately makes you think, Oh yes, we are going to be here for a while. For one affordable price of $15 per child, your child can play all day with in-and-out privileges, while adult admission is always free, making it an easy YES for families looking for a relaxed, budget-friendly indoor play option.
From the moment I walked in, the space felt bright, cheerful, and intentionally designed for young kids. There’s a little bit of everything here: EZ roller drift cars, crazy carts, toddler toys, fish tanks (a super cool touch!), an inflatable, a ball pit, train tables, and an art station - so kids naturally move from one activity to the next without losing interest.
One of the standout features is the two-story wooden playscape, which includes musical instruments at the top, including a marimba, adding a creative and sensory element I don’t always see in indoor playgrounds. There’s also a sand pit that feels downright glorious for little ones who love hands-on play.
While sTOYrieland is especially well-suited for toddlers and younger children, older kids (preteens) can enjoy this space too! The remote-control car track (with r/c cars provided) look like lots of fun, and the ride-on cars give bigger kids something engaging to dive into, making this a solid option for families with a range of ages.
One thing Woodlands mommies will truly appreciate is how comfortable the space feels. Outside food is welcome, and not just for parties, but for regular playdays too, and you can eat at the provided picnic tables. There are a couple of sofas throughout the facility for parents who want to sit back and relax while keeping an eye on their kids.
I even popped into the women’s restroom, and it’s spacious and clean with multiple stalls and a changing table, which is always worth mentioning. Add in drinking fountains and an overall calm, welcoming atmosphere, and it really does feel like a meet-up-with-playgroup-friends-and-hang-out-for-a-while kind of place.
sTOYrieland also offers birthday party packages, and they even have the option to reserve the entire facility for a private event - something I know some families will absolutely love. Outside food and decorations are allowed for party packages, which makes planning much easier and more flexible.
I also noticed a Bible verse written on the wall, a meaningful touch that reflects the heart behind the space. Cute, colorful, and thoughtfully put together, sTOYrieland Indoor Playground is the type of place where kids can happily play for hours, and parents don’t mind staying.
They’re open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and located at 16116 Stuebner Airline Road, Suite 18 in Spring. And yes, it’s absolutely worth the 25-minute trip from The Woodlands.
