An AMC movie theater, Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park and Dave & Buster's are confirmed as tenants for MetroPark Square, a new development featuring entertainment, fine dining, high-end living and luxury shopping in Shenandoah, southeast of I-45 and Hwy. 242. At the center of the AMC pavilion is a state-of-the-art 10 screen AMC theater including an IMAX screen. Moviegoers of all ages will experience their favorite releases on the big screen through the visual and audio impact that AMC delivers with its latest technology. The new theater is expected to open in May 2018.
Dave & Buster's is scheduled to open in February 2019 and will feature delicious chef-crafted food, an innovative drink selection, hundreds of the latest arcade games and a state of the art D&B Sports Bar.
Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park, slated to open in Spring 2018, will feature indoor attractions for children, such as skydiving, a coaster, and rope climbing, as well as a café.
Construction on the development is expected to be completed by 2020. Residents can expect to see a ramen and sushi eatery called Hanabi Ramen, an Asian fusion restaurant called Huynh Restaurant, a European-style pub, an ice cream parlor, a Mexican restaurant, a mattress store and a salon suites space for beauty services. The development will also feature hotels and multifamily housing wrapped around a central green space area that will include a pavilion, fountain and outdoor event space for all ages to enjoy.
