Stuffed Hearts Cut out two same-sized hearts from a paper bag. Glue the hearts together around the edges, leaving a small opening. Let your child stuff the heart with cotton balls or tissue, then glue the opening shut. Decorate with glitter, stickers, a bow, etc.
All Things Hearts Go on a scavenger hunt throughout the house to find hearts. Look on blankets, clothing, inside books, etc.
Thumb-Body Loves You Cut various shaped hearts from white and pink construction paper. Use red paint to decorate the hearts with your child's thumb prints. Set hearts aside to dry. On a 4 by 8 inch paper write out (or print on the computer) "Thumb-body Loves You". Glue the paper and the hearts onto a separate sheet of red construction paper. Give to a family member or friend for Valentine's Day!
