Tai Chi in the Garden

Find new balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and strength with Tai Chi at Mercer Botanic Gardens. Join volunteer instructor, Stevens Moore, during our beginner Tai Chi program, where participants will learn and experience the classic 8 form-movements in each one hour class. Recommended for those ages 12 or older. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Registration is not required.
Please note:
Wednesday Tai Chi begins at 10 a.m. and is inside the Mercer Visitor Center.
Saturday Tai Chi begins begins at 9 a.m. and is under the Treehouse staff building.
There will be no Tai Chi in November.
