Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, Jan. 20th presents “Tubby the Tuba” by Paul Tripp. This is the charming tale of a tuba named Tubby, who tires of playing “oompah, oompah” with the orchestra and longs to play a melody all his own! A bullfrog teaches Tubby that he can do just that! This delightful classic book is a new addition to the museum’s library thanks to the generosity of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in honor of what would have been Mrs. Mitchell’s 100th birthday.
