Cantona Homestead Now Open for Field Trips, Private Events, Weekend Visits, Farmers Markets

Cantona Homestead

Cantona Homestead, a 40-acre family farm destination on FM 2978 in Tomball, is now open to the community and welcoming bookings across all of its experiences: organized field trips, private events, weekend visits, and its regular Farmers Market.

Cantona Homestead was created to give families a place to slow down, connect with nature, and experience a real Texas farm close to the city. Guests can meet the animals, enjoy hands-on barnyard activities, and explore open farm grounds just minutes from The Woodlands, Spring, and North Houston.

Ways to Experience Cantona Homestead

Whether you’re planning a group outing, celebrating something special, or simply looking for a fun day on the farm, Cantona Homestead offers several ways to visit and enjoy the ranch:

Organized Field Trips
Hands-on farm experiences for schools and youth groups, including guided animal encounters and age-appropriate activities.

Private Events
Birthday parties and private celebrations with animals, pony rides, and plenty of open-air space for the whole group to enjoy.

Family & Friends Days
Weekend opportunities for families to meet the animals, explore the ranch, and enjoy farm-based fun together.

Farmers Market
A recurring Saturday morning market featuring local vendors, live music, and free admission for the community.

“Cantona isn't an amusement park, and we don't want it to become one,” said a Cantona Homestead representative. “Our goal is to preserve the beauty and simplicity of a real Texas farm while creating meaningful places for families to play, learn, celebrate, and spend time together.”

Cantona Homestead is located at 24706 FM 2978, Tomball, TX 77375. For booking information on field trips, private events, weekend visits, or the Farmers Market, contact the Cantona Homestead team directly.
