Calling all young dinosaur fans! The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is bringing together dinosaurs, books, and live music for a free family night on Wednesday, September 9.
Before the Houston Symphony takes the stage for When Instruments Roamed the Earth, families can head to the Event Center for Hats Off to Reading, with tons of dino-themed fun celebrating books, curiosity, and imagination. Even better, every child can take home a free book!
Then, settle in for a musical trip back to prehistoric times as the Houston Symphony introduces young audiences to the excitement of live orchestral music. When Instruments Roamed the Earth is designed with kids in mind, making it a fun first symphony experience for little ones who might know a lot more about T-Rexes and Triceratops than trumpets and trombones!
